Réserve faunique La Vérendrye:

Réserve faunique La Vérendrye straddles the Ottawa-Gatineau and Abitibi-Témiscamingue regions characterized by their vast expanses and countless bodies of water. According to SÉPAQ, it is a paradise for canoe campers and fishermen. You will surely find a circuit that will meet your expectations on this wild territory of 13,615 km2.

Lac du 31 Milles:

Rustic canoe-camping enthusiasts will be satisfied after experiencing the Lac du 31 Milles. This huge lake with clear waters is dotted with 136 islands and is surrounded by nature, in the heart of the great outdoors of the Vallée-de-la-Gatineau!

It remains one of the largest bodies of water in the Vallée-de-la-Gatineau.

Algonquin Provincial Park:

Created in 1893, Algonquin Provincial Park was the first of its kind to be created in Canada. It is known for its numerous lakes all connected to one another through a very well-developed network of portages that vary in length from a few metres to a few kilometres. It is also known for its numerous, private and well set up camp sites along the shores of its lakes. There is abundant wildlife in Algonquin Park and sightings are very frequent during our outings.

Poisson Blanc Regional Park:

The Park’s territory revolves around the magnificent Poisson Blanc reservoir, an 85 km2 body of water dotted with a hundred or so islands on which wilderness campsites are set up. The Diable Mountain, which is part of the park, has almost 10 km of hiking trails. It is a popular spot for canoe campers because of its boat-accessible sites and its reservoir, which allows you to stop for a picnic, a swim or sunbathing on a beach. In addition, the sunsets are extraordinary.
